With the blue fishing boats bobbing in the port, capture daily fisher life. Have a cleansing Hammam before arriving in Fes, to experience its enchanting, bustling souks and ancient artisans. Explore the less touristed Rif Mountains to the North. From the captivating ‘Blue City’, ChefChaouen - a photographer’s dream - to riding donkeys to the Muslim holy city of Moulay Idriss, to relaxing with a Moroccan tea in Old Tangier, this will be a trip of a lifetime!

Then off to spend 4 nights discovering the captivating allure of Oaxaca, Mexico, where the mountains cradle artisan villages and the bustling markets offer tantalizing dishes. Embrace the timeless charm of colonial architecture, the vibrancy of indigenous culture and art,  while capturing exquisite images of festivals and handcrafted treasures and the people of Oaxaca. Explore Budapest - the old world city with a hip vibe! Take a dip in the ancient Thermal Baths, visit photo and art galleries, dine by the Danube and explore the Roma district to understand Gypsy ways. We'll then take a train to the mystical magical land of Transylvania - spend a week with village elders, wood-carvers, traditional Roma storytellers, blacksmiths, hat-makers and children in the villages of Romania. We’ll be creating black and white photo essays that revolve around a visual journey/story or experience of your choosing. This master class is not just for master photographers, but open to all levels who want to raise their photography to a whole new level! See the world in black and white and soak up the magic of shape, light, lines and texture of the last peasant culture in Europe – in Transylvania!

Learn to perfect your street photography and documentary portraiture skills. Then we’re off to the splendour of Rajasthan, more popular, yes, but not to be missed. TREKKING through NORWAY
and the Mystical Northern Lights
Dates: Early Spring 2025

Come to Norway and capture one of the most beautiful natural phenomenas in the world. A natural light display caused by strong solar winds, the Northern Lights (or aurora borealis) need to seen to be believed! This is a workshop that explores night photography, stark landscape and shooting under challenging natural conditions. An amazing journey through some of Norway’s most spectacular countryside - trekking, kayaking and enjoying dipping in their Nordic Spas (ice cold to steamy hot)! This is a workshop for people who want to be outside and experience nature in all its mystical color!
